Moving inventory list and location: Dino’s Movers first step insuring that we can provide our moving services in the most professional manner is to obtain all the necessary information of the move. Dino’s Movers will request a moving inventory list of goods and location descriptions, especially heavy or hard to move items. This information will determine the needs of the move, such as the size of moving truck, size of moving crew, moving equipment needed and the estimated time needed to complete the move. Moving inventory list can be provided over the phone or by email, but we recommend that a Dino’s Movers moving consultant visit your location to obtain the moving inventory list and particulars of move. 

Moving estimates and rates: The moving rate and moving estimate is essential to the final decision of any moving customer to use the service of a moving company. Some moving companies have the tendency to provide low moving quotes in order to book the move. Dino’s Movers provides moving quotes by evaluating the inventory list, location descriptions and all the factors that will determine the time needed to complete the move. We provide rates with no hidden costs, all rates are disclosed in our estimates and then on the confirmation.

Confirmation through email or fax: Dino’s Movers will provide confirmation with all details of your move, such as moving rate, moving crew size, arrival time on moving day, date of move and locations.

Friendly, professional moving crew: Dino’s Movers will provide a professional moving crew on moving day. Our moving crew is trained to handle all aspects of your move. The moving crew team leader will handle and organize your move from start to finish.

Clean and fully equipped moving trucks: Customers using the service of our moving company will be provided with a moving truck that is clean and fully equipped with all the tools needed to perform the move.

Complimentary wardrobes, tape, shrink wrap and picture boxes: Included with the moving rate, Dino’s Movers provides our customers with 5 complimentary wardrobes to use for the day. Our moving company provides 5 rolls of tape to secure moving blankets to furniture, 1 roll of shrink wrap to protect your sofas and 4 picture moving boxes to protect your art work.

Floor runners to protect your floors and railings: Moving in a big city like Toronto or with-in Canada can be difficult because of the weather. Weather presents a challenge when trying to protect floors on moving day. Dino’s Movers provides 10 runners to help protect your floors, our moving crew will lay the runners on the areas that will be most traffic. Our moving crew will protect your stair rails with our moving blankets. Dino’s Movers will advice our moving customers how to be proactive in preparing and protecting there floors.      

Disassemble and reassemble of furniture: The crew that our moving company provides you our customer will disassemble the furniture you request and reassemble. We do suggest that if you are able to perform the task of disassembling and reassemble your furniture, this will save our moving crew time on moving day thus lowering the cost of your move.

Moving blankets to protect your furniture: The moving crew will protect your furniture with our moving blankets. The blankets are applied in your home and removed in your home at destination; this will help prevent damage to furniture and surroundings during the loading and off loading. The moving blankets are secured to your furniture with moving tape or shrink wrap.
